21 November 2018 2

Back in October, we heard rumors that Samsung will scrap their entry-level J series instead the company will release new M-lineup phones soon. It seems like one of the upcoming Galaxy M lineup phones appears at Geekbench listing bearing model number SM-M205F. This device most likely will be announced as Galaxy M20. The Geekbench listing reveals a few key details regarding the upcoming Samsung's phone.

As per the listing, the device is running on the company's own Exynos 7885 chipset. Its an Octa-core SoC built on the 14nm process. The Galaxy A8 2018 lineup was also running on this chipset. Unlike the A-lineup the Galaxy M20 has 3GB RAM. On the single-core test, the device achieves 1,319 points whereas on multi-core test the device achieves 4,074 points. The benchmark scores indicate the Galaxy M20 is an entry-level phone.

As OS the device is pre-installed with Android Oreo 8.1. From what we heard so far the Galaxy M20 will be released in two configurations with 32GB and 64GB storage. Most of the details regarding the upcoming Galaxy M series is still in dark. However, we can expect more details will pop up in the coming weeks. Stay tuned, we will keep you updated.
