Samsung Galaxy M10 (SM-M105F) Geekbench listing reveals Exynos 7870 SoC and 3GB RAM

From the past few weeks, we have been hearing rumors almost on daily basis regarding the upcoming Galaxy M series phones from Samsung. From what we heard so far initially the company will announce three phones M10, M20, and M30. It seems like the cheapest amongst all Galaxy M10 Geekbench listing appears online today. Recently the Galaxy M20 also appeared on the Geekbench listing.

The device appeared on the Geekbench bears model number “Samsung SM-M105F”. Under the hood, the device is running on the Exynos 7870 chipset with 3GB RAM. As OS the device is pre-installed with Android Oreo 8.1.


The chipset isn't brand new at all because we have seen similar SoCs on a couple of Samsung Galaxy phones including J6 and A6 2018. In terms of performance, the Galaxy M10 scores 724 points on single-core test whereas on multi-core the device achieves 3,637 points. A lot of details regarding the Galaxy M10 are still in the dark, however, one thing is confirmed the aforementioned phone will be the entry-level variant.
