Samsung is one of the few major consumer electronics brands which are still committed to releasing regular wearable products each year. It even rebranded its smartwatch lineup to Galaxy Watch recently and there have also been reports of it working on a successor. And now, there is a new leak showing a bunch of Galaxy Watch Sport renders.
The leak is coming from a well-known tipster Steve H. McFly (@OnLeaks) who has a reliable track record when it comes leaking details about yet-to-be-announced products. He tweeted that these renders belong to a smartwatch internally referred to as "Pulse". It is likely to be the codename for the upcoming Galaxy Watch Sport.
The leaked renders show that the alleged Galaxy Watch Sport features a circular dial which is similar to previous Samsung wearable offerings. There are two physical crowns on the right side which will be used for interacting with the watch. There are no technical details to be shared but the tweet mentions color variants. It is said to become official in Black, Silver, Green, and Pink Gold options.
If we talk about previous reports, there is likely to be an AMOLED display. It should be running Samsung's own Tizen OS out of the box. One can also expect an LTE variant and some other tweaks like new watch faces and app integrations.
