A few days ago the South Korean giant Samsung officially confirmed the launch date of the next Unpacked event. This year Galaxy S-series will be quite special as the company will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of their most successful flagship Galaxy S-lineup. Apart from the regular Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus, this year Samsung is planning at least two more variants of their flagship S10 lineup including Galaxy S10 Lite and the 5G model.
As per the latest info the 5G variant will be released as Galaxy S10 X. The X not only signify the 10th anniversary but also hints the device will have a special X factor to attract buyers. It will be the first smartphone in the market with 5G connectivity. The latest report suggests Samsung officially confirmed three carriers the upcoming 5G variant main hardware details.
The S10 X will be featuring a 6.7-inches AMOLED display. Unlike the regular models, it will have quad cameras setup on the rear whereas on the front you will find dual selfie cameras. A gigantic battery cell of 5,000mAH battery will be on board to keep its lights on.
The top of the line variant will have whopping 12GB RAM with up to 1TB storage. One of the new special features of S10 X will be "Life Pattern" mode in which the device will use the AI to better understand the usage pattern of the user.
The Galaxy S10 series will go official on February 20th in a special unpacked event. The S10, S10 Plus, and S10 Lite will be released on March 8th whereas the S10 X will be released on March 29th.
