Galaxy S10 series new leak reveals dimensions, S10e Canary Yellow renders

09 February 2019 3

The South Korean giant Samsung is just a couple of weeks away to announce the 10th anniversary S-series phones. Like always the upcoming Samsung flagship phones are in rumors from the past few weeks and with each passing, we have something new and exciting. In the last couple of weeks, the S10 lineup leaked almost on daily basis. Despite the fact the S10 series launch is less than two weeks away, the rumors mill isn't stopping from leaking new details.

Today the well-known tipster @IshanAgarwal leaked S10e renders in Canary Yellow color. Those who are aware so far all leaks suggest the S10e will have exclusive Canary Yellow color. The new renders reconfirm Infinity-O display with flat edges. On the rear side, the S10e has dual cameras setup placed horizontally in the center with LED flashlight.

The S10e punch-hole is on the top right corner of the display. Like the standard variant, the S10e also has a single snapper on the front. Due to a flat display, the S10e screen-to-body ratio may not be as good as the other models of S10 series. Another important aspect is S10 series doesn't have under-glass optical fingerprint scanner instead the device comes with a traditional fingerprint scanner embedded under the power button.

Apart from the yellow variant renders, the tipster also reveals the dimensions of all variants of S10 series. The base model S10e features a 5.8-inches display, the device dimensions are 142.5 x 70.5 x 8.1mm. The standard Galaxy S10 comes with 6.1-inches display, its dimensions are 149.9 x 71.6 x 8.1mm. Last but not the least the S10+ has a fairly large display of 6.4-inches, it measures at 157.0 x 75.3 x 8.1mm.

The good thing is Samsung fans don't have to wait longer as the official announcement of S10 series will be on February 20th at the next Unpacked event in San Francisco. The S10e will be only available with 6GB RAM and 128GB native storage. The Galaxy S10e will be released in three other colors as well including White, Green, and Black.

The standard Galaxy S10 is expected to be released in two configurations, the base model with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage whereas the top-tier model will have 8GB RAM and 512GB storage. The best amongst all the S10+ will be available in three configurations, the first two variants will be similar like the S10 whereas the top of the line model will have 12GB RAM and 1TB native storage. Under the hood, all the variants will have the Exynos 9820/ Snapdragon 855 chipset.
