Samsung Galaxy S10 India launch teased by Flipkart and Samsung India

11 February 2019 2

The global Samsung Galaxy S10 launch is only 10 days away as Galaxy Unpacked will take place on February 20th in San Francisco. It will be followed by the local unveiling of the flagship in different markets but as far as the Indian launch is concerned, it seems like it will happen sooner than later. One of the Indian eCommerce leaders Flipkart has shared a Galaxy S10 launch teaser on its official application.

The teaser is accessible only via the Flipkart application and is not available on the website. To check the same, one needs to open the application and visit the mobiles section. On this section, one should scroll down until the teaser becomes visible. The teaser shows that the Galaxy Unpacked event will be held on February 21st at 12:30 AM IST. These time and date are according to the Indian time zone. There is also an option for users to show their interest and get notified on the day of the launch.

Additionally, Samsung India has also set up a dedicated page for Indian fans to register their interest. This will allow the company to send regular updates regarding Galaxy S10 to all the registered users. These updates will be related to the Galaxy S10 launch in India along with pricing and pre-order details.

While none of these share any specific details related to Galaxy S10 India launch, they do confirm that the Indian unveiling should be closer to the global release. There are speculations that Samsung will offer free Galaxy Buds earphones with preorders but whether that will be available for Indian buyers as well or not, it is hard to say.
