Samsung Galaxy Fold is now reported to launch on September 6 at IFA

30 August 2019 0

Samsung’s first foldable smartphone Galaxy Fold is reportedly coming as early as September 6. This is the same date when IFA event will begin so it’s apparent that Samsung will make use of this opportunity and re-introduce its much-awaited device.

The fresh speculation on the launch of the Galaxy Fold is coming from South Korean media that claims Samsung has decided to unveil the repaired model of the Galaxy Fold as early as possible. The report also claims that three major telecom operators in the country were in talks with Samsung and come up with the final launch date.

If the report is believed to be true, we would finally get to know about the device in just the first week of September 2019. Samsung did mention that it has made several changes to prevent any damage further. But we may hear it elaborating much on the same now at the speculated event.

The report goes on to say that Samsung will dispatch limited quantities of Galaxy Fold in the market.

The last speculation came in July uttered that Samsung would bring the Galaxy Fold once again on September 26 but the latest report concludes that the company wants to release it as soon as next week.

The launch date of the Samsung Galaxy Fold has been a mystery and it’s still not confirmed that the device is coming on the reported date. But note that Samsung started taking pre-registrations for the Galaxy Fold device a few days back in China. And, this put a good enough hint that the launch is pretty near.

Take the reported date with a pinch of salt and wait for more substantial proofs.
