It is now official. The Samsung Galaxy M30s mid-range smartphone will be unveiled on September 18th at an event in India. It is in line with a recent report claiming a September launch for the phone. Amazon India has also set up a teaser page for the smartphone confirming that it will be selling the phone once it becomes official.
The teaser page hints at different Galaxy M30s specifications and features which corroborate previous leaks. It also confirms that Samsung will be focusing on the mammoth 6,000mAh battery to market the smartphone. The battery capacity is even bigger than what Galaxy M30 offers which is 5,000mAh. All other features of the phone are being teased while keeping the focus on the battery capacity.
The Galaxy M30s will come with a Super AMOLED Infinity-U display which means it will have a small notch. Samsung will release the phone with a new processor claimed to be more powerful than the Exynos 7904 chipset used in existing Galaxy M-series phones. The phone continues with the triple rear camera setup but with improved sensors. There will be a 48-megapixel primary sensor but details regarding the other two sensors are still under wraps. Lastly, it is confirmed to have a fingerprint scanner on the back panel.
In an attempt to create hype around the Galaxy M30s launch, Samsung has also collaborated with well-known tech YouTuber Technical Guruji.
