The Samsung Galaxy A20s has now been made official as the latest budget smartphone from the company. It joins the already available Galaxy A20 and Galaxy A20e smartphones in the lineup. It also happens to be the newest "s" model after the release of Galaxy A10s and Galaxy A30s in recent weeks.
The Galaxy A20s sports a 6.5-inch HD+ Infinity-V display but the exact display panel type has not been revealed. It features an undisclosed octa-core processor clocked at 1.8GHz. There are two configuration options featuring 3GB RAM with 32GB storage and 4GB RAM with 64GB storage. Both models offer microSD card support up to 512GB for storage expansion.
The back camera has been updated to offer triple rear cameras featuring a 13-megapixel main sensor with f/1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra wide-angle sensor, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. The front camera remains the same which is an 8-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture. The whole package is powered by a 4,000mAh battery and will be running One UI based on Android 9 Pie. It also has a fingerprint scanner on the back panel.
Samsung has now shared Galaxy A20s pricing and availability details as of now. It did confirm that the new budget phone will arrive in Red, Blue, Black, and Green color variants.
