03 January 2020 0

Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite and Galaxy S10 Lite have finally gone official and as we guessed, they have arrived ahead of the CES 2020 event. Samsung announces the two phones are built on the legacy of the Galaxy S and Galaxy Note series and bring key premium features. These features are camera technology, display, long-lasting battery, and S Pen that have been made available in two devices at more affordable price points.

Starting with the cameras, both the phones offer triple-lens setups but the configurations are different. The Galaxy S10 Lite offers a 5MP f/2.4 macro lens as rumored, a 48MP f/2.0 wide-angle lens featuring “Super Steady OIS,” and a 12MP f/2.2 ultra-wide featuring a 123-degree angle lens. Samsung claims the Super Steady OIS provides higher stability for action-focused photos and videos.

On the other hand, the Galaxy Note 10 Lite comes with a 12MP f/2.2 ultra-wide, a 12MP f/1.7 wide-angle lens with dual-pixel technology and OIS, and a 12MP f/2.4 telephoto lens also with OIS but not as same as the one present with the Galaxy S10 Lite.

Being the member of the Galaxy Note series, the Galaxy Note 10 Lite has an S Pen as well that has the same Bluetooth Low-Energy BLE support that was introduced with the Note 9 in 2018.

Both the devices feature a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O displays at 2400x1080 resolution with center-mounted hole-punch front-facing cameras. They both have 4500mAH batteries for a longer backup.

The Galaxy S10 Lite comes powered by Snapdragon 855 processor, while the Galaxy Note 10 Lite offers Samsung’s in-house Exynos 8895 processor. They both come in 6GB or 8GB RAM with 128GB internal storage options.
