Original Post (January 9, 2020)
Last week, Samsung took wraps off the Galaxy Note 10 Lite along with the Galaxy S10 Lite. It revealed all the details including product design, specifications, and features but kept pricing a secret. It only mentioned that these "Lite" variants will be a lot more affordable than standard flagship models. But thanks to a new leak, we now have an idea of the pricing for the Indian market.
As per 91Mobiles, Samsung will price the Galaxy Note 10 Lite at Rs. 35,990 for the base model in India. It is the model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. The second model with 8GB/128GB configuration is said to cost Rs. 39,990. It has cited "retail sources" behind pricing information who are likely to have received the same directly from Samsung.
Since Samsung is reported to be targetting under Rs. 40,000 price segment for the affordable phablet, it will be competing directly with the likes of OnePlus, Asus, and Xiaomi. Its biggest competition will undoubtedly be the OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7 Pro but considering what it is bringing to the table, it is likely to see a good interest from buyers. Another tip from tipster Ishan Agarwal (@ishanagarwal24) mentions that Samsung has scheduled Galaxy Note 10 Lite India launch for January 25th. He is expecting sales and pre-booking to begin next month.
Seems like the Samsung Galaxy Note10 Lite India Launch date has been set, it’s 25th January based on early info that I’m receiving.
