UPDATE (January 21st, 2020):

The newest Samsung Galaxy S20 leak is about the possible pricing of all the models. Max Weinbach, an XDA TV host, has tweeted that Samsung will charge around EUR 900-1,000 (~$850) for the Galaxy S20 5G i.e. the entry-level device in the lineup. The Galaxy S20+ 5G will cost EUR 1,050-1,100 (~$950) and the most expensive Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G will have a price tag of EUR 1,300 (~$1,200). The 4G variants are said to cost about EUR 100 less for each particular 5G model.

It is worth noting that these prices are likely to be for the base variant of each of the three models. It means the higher the RAM and storage combination, the higher the actual pricing will be. Weinbach has further added that Galaxy Z Flip foldable phone has a listed price of EUR 1,400 but he is expecting that to change before the launch.

Original (January 20th, 2020)

In the past couple of weeks, the rumor mill has been flooded with Samsung Galaxy S20 leaks. These included real-life images, a hands-on video, and detailed cameras features. The newest leak of the weeks is probably the biggest one as it reveals all major specifications of the whole Galaxy S20 lineup. It is shared by online publication MySmartPrice in collaboration with well-known tipster Ishan Agarwal (@ishanagarwal24).

Samsung Galaxy S20 5G Specs Leak

The Samsung Galaxy S20 5G will be the cheapest offering in the lineup. It is reported to sport a 6.2-inch WQHD+ (3200 x 1440 pixels) Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED display. It is a 120Hz refresh rate display panel with a 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, it will feature Exynos 990 5G which is the newest flagship Samsung chipset with an in-built 5G modem. It does not mention RAM capacity but internal storage is said to be 128GB (up to 1TB microSD card support).

The triple rear cameras include a 12-megapixel wide-angle sensor, a 64-megapixel telephoto sensor (3x optical zoom/30x digital zoom), and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. It will also be capable of shooting 8K videos at 30 frames per second. It is said to have a 10-megapixel front camera with 4K video recording support at 60 fps.

The whole package is powered by a 4,000mAh battery and reportedly runs One UI 2.0 based on Android 10 out of the box. It will have IP68 certification for dust/water resistance and Dolby Atmos stereo speaker by AKG.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus 5G Specs Leak

The Galaxy S20+ 5G will be the middle-ground device between the most affordable and most expensive devices. It is said to feature a 6.7-inch WQHD+ (3200 x 1440 pixels) Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 20:9 aspect ratio. All other specifications and features are the same as the standard Galaxy S20 5G but with a couple of differences.

It has a quad rear camera setup where you will find a ToF sensor in addition to the same three sensors: 12-megapixel wide-angle sensor, a 64-megapixel telephoto sensor (3x optical zoom/30x digital zoom), and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. The front camera is also the same at 10-megapixels. The only other different specification is its bigger 4,500mAh battery.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G Specs Leak

It is the first time we will see Samsung release an "Ultra" variant which will offer the best Samsung has. It will have the biggest 6.9-inch display in the lineup but with similar features i.e. 120Hz refresh rate, QWHD+ resolution, and 20:9 aspect ratio. It is reported to feature an additional 512GB onboard storage option. The camera setup features quad cameras on the back but with a different sensor combination.

The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is listed with a 108-megapixel main wide sensor, a 48-megapixel telephoto sensor (10x optical zoom/100x digital zoom), a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a ToF sensor. There is a 40-megapixel front camera which is another difference as compared to the other two phones. It will have a 5,000mAh battery which is the biggest in the series.

In a separate leak from renowned concept designer Ben Geskin (@BenGeskin), we can see the Galaxy S20 Ultra render. It is described as the "most accurate" render of the premium flagship. It gives a good look at the device and suggests that it will actually look premium. The front panel is completely bezel-less with a centered punch-hole in the display.

The camera module has an interesting dual-color tone design choice with a combination of Black and Grey. The Black part houses traditional three sensors with LED flash. The telephoto sensor is present within the Gray part which also has "100x" written next to it. The back panel has nothing else except for the "Samsung" branding towards the bottom.
