Samsung Galaxy M31 with 64MP quad cameras, 6000mAh battery coming Feb 25

11 February 2020 0

It is now officially confirmed. Samsung's next smartphone launch in India will be a Galaxy M-series product. Both Samsung India and Amazon India have set up a dedicated teaser page confirming that the next mid-range smartphone Galaxy M31 will launch on February 25th. These pages also reveal a list of key features of the upcoming phone.

The Samsung Galaxy M31 is shown with an Infinity-U display which means there are slim bezels and a small notch. It will sport a Super AMOLED display panel with Full HD+ resolution. This is similar to what Samsung did with the Galaxy M30 last year. It has a quad-camera setup on the back panel including a 64-megapixel primary sensor. The other three sensors are expected to include a wide-angle sensor, a macro sensor, and a depth sensor but it is not confirmed yet.

The whole package will be powered by a huge 6,000mAh battery that should help you last for a day with ease. Samsung is known for offering big batteries with the Galaxy M-series devices including the last unveiled Galaxy M30s. It is doing the same with the upcoming phone as well.

Samsung has not revealed any other Galaxy M31 details but we have a few rumors. This new mid-range phone is expected to arrive with the Exynos 9611 processor and run One UI 2.0 based on Android 10. We will share other details as and when they will surface online.
