Last month, a Samsung tablet spotted on Google Play Console that confirmed the moniker and revealed a few key specs as well. As per the listing, the name of the tablet is Galaxy Tab A 8.4 (2020) and now we also know how the device looks like, thanks to Evan Blass.
Well, besides the design, the renders of the alleged Galaxy Tab A 8.4 also reveal the specifications. The render includes the labeling of several specs, including the minute details. As per the leaked render, the Galaxy Tab A 8.4 has a 5MP front-facing camera; Power button and volume rocker on the right side, and speaker on the top edge. On the back, the tablet is carrying a single 8MP camera and that too without any LED flash. The renders reveal that the tablet features a SIM / microSD card tray on its left and a headphone jack is available on the top side as well.
The alleged Galaxy Tab A 8.4 has a USB-C charge port on the bottom as well. While the render reveals the design of the tablet, the internals is still unknown. We are yet to learn the processor, RAM, storage, and other important details of the said tablet. But its console playlisting has revealed some key details.
According to the listing, the tablet has a 1200x1920 pixels resolution and as the name implies, the screen size is 8.4-inch. It will be powered by Exynos 7904 processor paired with 3GB RAM. The specs sheet shows the tablet is running Android 9 Pie instead of the latest Android 10 version. Other key details like memory, storage, and battery capacity are still unknown but we look forward to hearing more about it.
