It has long been rumored that Samsung is working on its next Galaxy Tab that will be known by the name Galaxy Tab S7. But nothing much was known about the speculated device. Now, the very known tipster Steve H.McFly on Twitter has shared some high-res renders of the Galaxy Tab S7 and Tab S7 Plus as well. The complete report on the same reveals specifications as well.
In collaboration with a French tech publication Pigtoucoques, the tipster has shared the renders of Tab S7 and Tab S7 Plus as well. As it is apparent, the Galaxy Tab S7 is carrying dual cameras, which are aligned vertically on the back panel. The front panel has no bezels and the front camera is situated on the top edge. Antenna lines can be seen on the top and bottom of the back panel of the Galaxy Tab S7 tablet.
According to the report, the Galaxy Tab S7 and Tab S7 Plus feature a metallic casing.
The Galaxy Tab S7 is said to be around 253.7mm long, 165.3mm wide, and 6.3mm thick (7.7mm thick with the camera module). This is evident that the new Tab S7 has a significantly increased thickness compared to its predecessor Tab S6. Coming to the technical specifications, the Galaxy Tab S7 has an 11-inch screen.
The tablet may also include the stylus which will sit above the Samsung logo on the back. The report presents no other technical details but reiterates what the Chinese 3C database had indicated. The tablet has a 7760mAh battery.
In his later tweet, the tipster shared the renders of the Galaxy Tab S7 Plus as well. The rough dimensions are 285mmx185mmx5.7mm (6.9mm thickness with the camera module). The Galaxy Tab S7 Plus is noticeably thinner than the Galaxy Tab S7.
The tablet is larger than the Galaxy Tab S7 as well as it is carrying a 12.4-inch display. You can see the SIM slot, volume rocker, and power button on the left side of the device. There are two cameras on the back, which are aligned similarly to the setup available on the Tab S7.
The Galaxy Tab S7 Plus is expected to include a 9800mAh battery. The two tablets are also expected to have 120Hz screens.
The report also tells when the new Galaxy Tab S7 and Tab S7 Plus will launch. It is said that the two tablets are scheduled to launch in July this year. There is no word on the pricing, however.
