European users of Samsung Galaxy Note 4 gets the August month security patch

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was released in October 2014 and the device is still alive among the smartphone and tablet lovers. As Note 4 being one of the most successful product, Samsung didn't fail to release monthly updates for the device. As per the latest report, All European users of factory unlocked Galaxy Note 4 will be able to install the August month's security update in their device.

The update is targeted to a serious issue, which causes auto installation of a malware if the SideSync app is activated before finishing Setup Wizard. Firmware version XXS1DPH1 can be installed manually by head into Settings > About Device > Software Update > Download Manually. This is only possible if you are a Europe resident who wants to see these changes in your device. As usual, users can also wait for the push notification on the device screen which prompts the installation of the latest update.
