After weeks of official teasers, the OnePlus 10 Pro has finally been launched in China. This is the first time in a long time that OnePlus has unveiled only one flagship as there were no words about the non-Pro model at the event. The phone comes loaded with all the specs and features that you would expect from a 2022 Android flagship.
The OnePlus 10 Pro sports a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ Fluid AMOLED LTPO 2.0 display with a punch-hole. It offers a 120Hz refresh rate that can go as low as 1Hz depending on the content. The panel further supports HDR10+, 10-bit color depth, sRGB and DCI-P3 color gamuts, and MEMC. As you would have expected, the phone is powered by the Snap 8 Gen 1 processor which is the best that Qualcomm has to offer. There are multiple configuration options featuring up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 onboard storage.
There is a triple camera setup featuring a 48-megapixel Sony IMX789 primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor with 150-degree FoV, and an 8-megapixel sensor. The users will get to see Hasselblad collaboration here as well and they should see improved camera performance than the predecessor OnePlus 9 Pro. There is 10-bit color capture and 12-bit RAW capture support on all three camera sensors. The front camera is a 32-megapixel Sony IMX615 sensor housed inside the punch-hole.
The whole package is powered by a 5,000mAh battery that can be charged completely within 32 minutes. It is supported by 80W SuperVOOC fast charging, 50W AirVOOC wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging. The phone will boot ColorOS 12 based on Android 12 in China and OxygenOS 12 based on Android 12 in the rest of the markets. Other important features include a USB Type-C port, dual stereo speakers, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
