Realme has now launched the Realme 5i 128GB model in India. The new model comes with 4GB of RAM and has been priced at Rs. 9,999. It is available in both Aqua Blue and Forest Green color variants with availability via Flipkart and Realme's online store. The good thing is that it is already listed for purchase with no waiting time for interested fans.

Realme has officially unveiled Realme 5i as the fourth smartphone in the lineup. It joins the original Realme 5 along with Realme 5 Pro and Realme 5s. It is a budget offering with minor changes as compared to the standard version. The first difference that you will notice straight away is that it does not have a diamond-cut finish on the back panel.
The Realme 5i sports a 6.5-inch HD+ (1600 x 720 pixels) LCD display with a tiny drop-like notch. Under the hood, it has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 AIE processor coupled with 3GB and 4GB of RAM. The storage options include 32GB and 64GB with support for microSD cards for storage expansion.
It has a quad-camera setup on the back panel featuring a 12-megapixel main sensor with f/1.8 aperture and phase detection autofocus. The other cameras are an 8-megapixel wide-angle sensor with f/2.25 aperture, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth camera sensor. It has an 8-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture and AI Beauty/AI HDR features.
The whole package is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with 10W fast charging support. On the software front, it will run ColorOS 6.0.1 based on Android Pie. It has a fingerprint scanner on the back and also has a 3.5mm headphone jack. The Realme 5i has been priced at Rs. 8,999 for 4GB/64GB variant with the first sale on January 15th via Flipkart and Realme's website. It has not revealed pricing for the 3GB/32GB variant yet.
