The Sony Xperia 10 II is now up for preorders in Europe via retailers and carriers. It is priced at EUR 369/GBP 319 for the sole 4GB/128GB configuration model. It will be available in two colors i..e Black and White. As for specifications and what else it brings to the table, follow the original reporting below.

Together with the camera features loaded Xperia 1 II smartphone, Sony also launched a mid-range smartphone called the Xperia 10 II. Unlike the Xperia 1 II, the Xperia 10 II has only 4G support.

The Xperia 10 II looks no different to its predecessor Xperia 10, packing the same old design but, of course, with some upgrades. There are a couple of notable improvements, IP65/IP68 water resistance, OLED display, and triple camera setup.

The Xperia 10 II 6-inch OLED display has a 21:9 aspect ratio, a feature that is now available with other recent Sony devices. Compared to the last year’s Xperia 10, the new Xperia 10 II is powered by Snapdragon 665 processor and has Adreno 610, and coupled with 4GB RAM with 128GB onboard storage; an upgrade from 64GB storage. It also carries triple rear cameras, where the primary one is 12MP wide sensor with PDAF, 8MP telephoto lens with PDAF 2x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultrawide sensor. The setup is also capable of recording videos in 4K. On the front, there is an 8MP camera sensor that appears unchanged from the last year.

Just like the predecessor, the Xperia 10 II has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It has a bigger battery capacity – 3600mAH, compared to a 2870mAH battery of the Xperia 10. The device comes in Black and White color options.
