Xiaomi’s Redmi brand has launched the much-anticipated Note 9 series – the Note 9 Pro and the Note 9 Pro Max. The two phones have many similarities and the only difference is the primary camera in the rear cameras module. The Redmi Note 9 Pro holds 48MP primary rear camera with Samsung GM2 Sensor, whereas the Note 9 Pro Max comes with a 64MP camera with a Samsung GW1 sensor. Other set of cameras in the quad-camera module are similar for both the devices. Also, on the front, the Note 9 Pro has a 16MP camera and the Pro Max has 32MP.

Both the Redmi Note 9 Pro and the Note 9 Pro Max look the same from the back and front as well. They both feature hole-punch which is placed on the top center of the display and accommodates a single selfie camera. On the back, the four cameras are placed in a different arrangement which is unseen before. They are positioned in a 2x2 arrangement but are fitted inside a rectangular-shaped module.

The Redmi Note 9 Pro and the Note 9 Pro Max feature a glass back with Aurora Balance design and Corning Glass 5 protection.
