Samsung Galaxy A71 may soon get its 5G variant as the device has been spotted on TENAA. This is the same device that has already shown its presence at Geekbench and received 3C certification. So, its presence at yet another important stop just confirms the launch could be just too near.
As per the TENAA listing, the Galaxy A71 has model number SM-A7160 and NSA and SA bands. Apart from just confirming the existence, the TENAA listing also reveals some key specifications. According to the listing, the device includes a 64MP quad rear camera setup, 4370mAH battery. And, 3C listing in China already revealed 25W super-fast charging support for the phone.
The TENAA listing also shows the Galaxy A71 5G phone is powered by an octa-core processor, possibly from Exynos 980 SoC, as revealed via Geekbench. The phone packs an 8GB RAM and runs Android 10.
The rest of the three sensors in the quad-camera module may include a wide-angle camera, a depth sensor, and a macro camera. On the front, the device carries a 12MP selfie camera. The phone is said to be packing an in-display fingerprint sensor for authentication purposes.
Usually, the TENAA listing also includes the images of the devices that reveal the design and other important aspects. But the TENAA listing of the Galaxy A71 doesn't have any images included, so we can't tell how the device looks like. But, assume it to be similar to the Galaxy A71 4G variant as only the 5G connectivity is apparently the new major addition to it.
It is likely the Galaxy A71 5G phone may soon launch as it has pit stopped and already certified at so many places. It is not hard to guess that the launch is near.
