OnePlus Warp 30 Wireless Charger concept

OnePlus is highly expected to finally bring the wireless charging across its new lineup which is set to launch on April 14. OnePlus has been very open about some attractive features, including the 120Hz refresh rate, MEMC chip, UFS 3.0 storage, and a couple more, but it never uttered about the much-speculated wireless charging support. However, thanks to some pretty solid traces, like the brand’s listing on WPC, we are able to say that OnePlus is, at least, ready to bring this feature onboard.

Now, a tech site TechDroider has even managed to obtain the details of this purported wireless charger. According to the details, the device is going to be called OnePlus Warp Charge 30 Wireless Charger. The site further goes on to claim that this charger will charge the OnePlus 8 Pro to 50% in just 30 minutes and 100% in 80 minutes with its 30W charging speed.

The charger has a cooling fan inside as well which will keep your OnePlus 8 Pro device cool during the charge. It has an AI Sleep Mode as well that turns off the fan at night. The device is said to be dustproof and has an overheating protection as well. The source has even claimed that the Warp Charge 30 Wireless Charger will cost in €70 Europe ($76 approx.).

It is unknown how the OnePlus wireless charger looks like. The image shared by TechDroider is a concept image, so don’t consider it as the real one.

OnePlus will debut the wireless charging support to its phones for the first time and clearly, this will start with the OnePlus 8 Pro, the highest-end variant in the series. Let’s wait for more details to come in.
