Update: May 7, 2020

Realme has now announced that it will launch its new Narzo series on May 11. Previously, the series was set to launch on April 21st, but later, Realme announced a delay following the rules made by the Indian government on e-commerce for the shipping of non-essentials. Now, as the temporary ban on non-essential items is lifted, Realme has again announced the launch of its brand new series in India.

Realme will stream the event on YouTube at 12:30 pm IST on the said date. The series is likely to be available via Flipkart in India. As per the government rule, many services have now been resumed in the regions or zones which are classified as less or not affected by Coronavirus. So, green/orange zone users will be able to buy this phone, while those in the red zone will not get it.

Update: April 20, 2020

Realme's CEO Madhav Sheth has made this official that the launch of the new Narzo series has been delayed and it is not coming tomorrow, April 21st as noticed before. The reason behind the postponing of the launch of the Narzo series is the newly imposed rules in the country due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Indian government has once again commanded the law that e-commerce will not be operational for non-essential commodities. Due to this, Realme had to revise its plans and it is unknown when the new series will go official. Sheth has announced that the launch is postponed until further notice, which means we would need to wait a few more days or even weeks until the situation caused due to coronavirus comes under control and the government allows the selling of non-essentials through e-commerce sites.

Realme has announced that it will announce the Narzo series of smartphones in India on April 21st. There will be two phone models named Narzo 10 and Narzo 10A that will be showcased at the event. It should be noted that it will be an online-only event due to the global Coronavirus pandemic. The event will be streamed live on all of Realme's official social media channels.

The all-new Realme Narzo series was originally planned for a March 26th release but the event had to be postponed. The reason for the delay was the nation-wide lockdown announced by the Indian government. The authorities have announced fresh guidelines under which e-Commerce operations will be allowed to resume from April 21st. This seems to be the reason that Realme decided to unveil the new phones on the same day.

The Narzo 10 and Narz 10A are expected to be mid-range smartphones aimed at Generation Z. A dedicated teaser page for the phones has a teaser for "next-level camera" with triple and dual rear cameras respectively. The processor is touted to be "A class" and "built for gaming". The unnamed processor will be making its first appearance in the Indian market.

A 5,000mAh battery has officially been confirmed with an estimated battery life of up to 39 days on standby. It will also have Quick Charge to reduce the charging time. It will sport a 6.5-inch notched display with 89.8% screen-to-body ratio which is being marketed as "bigger and immersive". Lastly, Realme has teased the "zenith of design" for its fans.
