Realme's catalog of 5G capable smartphones continues to expand as it has unveiled a new phone in China. This new device is called Realme X50m 5G which joins already available Realme X50 5G and Realme X50 Pro 5G. It comes with a similar design that we have seen in the series but with a few changes to hardware specifications.
The Realme X50m 5G sports a 6.57-inch Full HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) IPS LCD display with 120Hz refresh rate and pill-shaped punch-hole. Under the hood, it has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor which makes it the newest 5G mid-range smartphone. There are different configurations featuring up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
It features a quad-camera setup including a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel wide-angle sensor with 119-degree FoV, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor. The front camera setup comprises of a 16-megapixel wide-angle sensor and a 2-megapixel depth sensor.
The whole package is powered by a 4,200mAh battery with 30W Dart fast charging tech support. It will be running Realme UI based on Android 10 out of the box. Other features include an in-display fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C port, NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, Hi-Res Audio, Dolby sound, and 3.5mm headphone jack.

- 8GB/256GB for CNY 2,299 (about $324)
The first flash sale for the Realme X50m has been scheduled for April 29th in China. It is unknown if the company has plans to release the phone in the global market.
