As speculated widely, Poco has officially unveiled its newest smartphone Poco F2 Pro. It is a proper Android flagship device with all the high-end hardware specifications and software features. It is a premium looking smartphone and, as many expected, is essentially a rebranded Redmi K30 Pro.
The Poco F2 Pro sports a 6.67-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with HDR10+ and a 92.7% screen-to-body ratio. The display panel has neither any notch nor punch-hole which means it features a pop-up camera setup. Under the hood, it has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor ensuring that the phone is compatible with 5G networks. It further features LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage for faster performance but exact configurations are 6GB RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with 256GB storage.
There is a quad-camera setup on the back panel starring the 64-megapixel Sony IMX686 primary sensor. The other three camera sensors include a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 5-megapixel telemacro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The front camera is a 20-megapixel sensor with support for slow-motion video recording.
The whole package is powered by a 4,700mAh battery with 30W fast charging support. It will be running Poco Launcher 2.0 based on Android 10 out of the box. Other noteworthy features include an in-display fingerprint scanner, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.0, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The flagship has been released in Neon Blue, Phantom White, Electric Purple, and Cyber Grey color variants.
