Vivo appears to be prepping to launch Y70s, a new mid-range smartphone in the market. The phone has apparently benchmarked and pit stopped at a Chinese certification site as well. There are three new and unannounced phones of Vivo that have received 3C certification. These model numbers are V2001A, V2002A, V2005A, and all of them support 5G connectivity.
The listing on the certification has not explicitly mentioned the name of the device but a famous tipster who goes by the name Digital Chat Station, claims the V2002A is the model number of the upcoming Vivo Y70s. The 3C certification also reveals the phone will come with a V1820B-CN charger, which is an 18W (9V,2A) charger. It means the phone will support fast charging too.
Now, a device with the same model number has been spotted on Geekbench which indicates this is the same phone called the Vivo Y70s.
The Geekbench listing reveals, the Vivo Y70s has Exynos 880 processor that is an unannounced processor from Samsung. It is expected the Exynos 880 is an octa-core processor and a cheaper version of Exynos 980.
Details on the other spotted model numbers are still unknown. But we look forward to learn more about them soon.
Also, we look forward to know when Vivo decides to launch this new phone.
