HMD Global is reported to be working on a new mid-range smartphone named Nokia 6.3. This is a phone that will be a successor to last year's Nokia 6.2 and is expected to bring noteworthy upgrades. The new report reveals some of the key specifications and features of the upcoming phone that should arrive later this year.
The alleged Nokia 6.3 is reported to arrive with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 processor. This is completely opposite to a previous report that claimed the usage of Snapdragon 6xx series chipset. It was specifically told to be either Snapdragon 670 or Snapdragon 675 but did not confirm the exact variant. The newly reported processor is undoubtedly better and faster than the previous report.
The same new leak further claims a quad rear camera setup for the Nokia 6.3 smartphone. It is said to come with a 24-megapixel main camera paired with a 12-megapixel wide-angle camera. The other two cameras will include a 2-megapixel depth sensor and a macro sensor of unknown resolution. Lastly, the report claims that the phone will have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner that we have seen with a few other phones as well.
This is pretty much what is known about the alleged Nokia 6.3. Many of its important details including release timeline are currently unknown. We should expect these details to surface in new leaks that should appear in the coming weeks.
