Motorola has officially unveiled Motorola Edge+ aka Edge Plus in the Indian market. It is the first true Motorola Android flagship to launch in India in a very long time. The phone is packed with premium features like 90Hz curved OLED edge-to-edge display, 5G connectivity, bigger battery, and quad rear cameras.
The Motorola Edge+ sports a 6.7-inch Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) OLED display with 90Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. Under the hood, it has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor paired with 12GB of RAM. There is 256GB of UFS 3.0 onboard storage with no microSD card support.
It has quad rear cameras featuring 108-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel telephoto sensor with f/2.4 aperture, a 16-megapixel ultrawide sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and a 3D ToF depth sensor. The phone comes with a single 25-megapixel shooter on the front with an f/2.0 aperture.
The whole package is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging, 15W fast wireless charging, and 15W reverse wireless charging. It features an in-display fingerprint scanner, USB Type-C port, and will run Android 10 out of the box.
If you are interested in getting this beast, the Motorola Edge+ will cost you Rs. 74,999 in India for the sole 12GB/256GB model. There is also a launch offer where ICICI Bank credit card users can avail a flat Rs. 7,500 off that will bring the cost down to just Rs. 67,499. It is currently available for pre-orders via Flipkart with sales starting next week i.e. May 26th.
