It is time for a new Realme 5G smartphone that has been unveiled in China. It is the Realme X50 Pro Player Edition which is essentially a cheaper version of the Realme X50 Pro 5G. The major difference is in the camera department and that the new model comes with a few features meant for mobile gamers.
The Realme X50 Pro Player Edition sports a 6.44-inch Full HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) Super AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate and 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, it has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor coupled with 6GB, 8GB, and 12GB of RAM. There is a single 128GB onboard storage option with no microSD card support.
The camera setup on the back features a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra wide-angle sensor, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The front camera setup includes a 16-megapixel sensor paired with a 2-megapixel sensor. The dual selfie camera setup is housed within a pill-shaped punch-hole on the top left corner.
The whole package is powered by a 4,200mAh battery with 65W fast charging. It will run Realme UI based on Android 10 out of the box. As for mobile gaming features, the smartphone comes with dedicated gaming mode, 4D game vibration sense 2.0, and Tactile Engine for better feedback and immersive gaming experience.
