OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T phones are receiving OxygenOS 10.3.4 stable update with May 2020 security patch. Just like any other update, this newest one also includes general bug fixes but there a couple of new features added as well.
OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T are receiving a new Epic Games Store in Game Space app. This is, however, specific to India only. Also, the two phones have finally gained a productive tool called the Work-Life Balance. As the name implies, the mode lets you make a balance between your work and life by controlling the notifications that your phone receives throughout the day.
You can set the time in the Work mode for which you do not wish to entertain any notification. For instance, you can set the time 9 am to 5 pm in the Work mode during which it will not send notifications from the apps. You will, of course, need to select the apps you do not wish to receive notifications from when you’re working, like any lifestyle or shopping app or chat apps like WhatsApp and Facebook. Out of these hours, your Life mode will automatically get activated and you would see all those notifications that were blocked by the Work mode during your set working hours.
The OxygenOS 10.3.4 update has updated the launcher version to 4.1.6 and updated the Android security patch to May. It has also improved system stability and fixed the issue related to SIM2.
Below is the complete changelog –
- Updated launcher version to 4.1.6
- Updated Android Security Patch to 2020.05
- Improved system stability and fixed general bugs
- Fixed the issue with default country in assisted dialing when SIM2 is in roaming state
- Newly added Work-Life Balance to help prioritize notifications and allocate time wisely (India only)

This is an incremental update and will take some time to reach all the OnePlus 6/6T users.
