The Realme 7 series launch has been confirmed for September 3rd. The lineup is teased to bring "India’s Fastest Charging technology & 2nd Generation 64MP Quad Camera to the mid-range segment". Realme has officially teased the launch of a new smartphone series in India. Madhav Sheth, CEO of Realme India, tweeted that he was "busy making 2 new smartphones for you, and I have to make them Super Good!". It was accompanied by the hashtag "BuildingTheFaster7" suggesting that it is the Realme 7 series.

Since Sheth specifically mentioned building two smartphones, we can speculate these to be called Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro. This is a common practice among OEMs where they release one standard variant and a "Pro" variant with more features and better specs for higher pricing. It is meant to offer customers the choice of picking the phone that suits their needs and budget the best.

In a separate tweet from tipster Sudhanshu (@Sudhanshu1414), he has revealed the Realme 7 series configurations and color options. The Realme 7 will have three variants: 6GB RAM with 64GB storage, 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, and 8GB RAM with 128GB storage. As for the Realme 7 Pro, there are two variants: 6GB RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with 128GB storage. The color options include Mist Blue/Mist White and Mirror Blue/Mirror Silver respectively.

Interestingly enough, Realme is also preparing for the Realme X7 series launch in China. The series will get official on September 1st and will boast 120Hz AMOLED display panel with 5G connectivity support. There is a possibility that these two different launches could end up being for the same phones but nothing is confirmed yet.
