Realme 7 pro and Realme 7 with quad rear cameras, FHD+ displays launched in India

Realme has launched the much-awaited Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro smartphones in India at mid-range price points. The price of the series starts from Rs. 14,999 and it goes all the way up to Rs. 21,999 in the country.

Both Realme 7 and Realme 7 Pro have some offerings but they are quite different in terms of other specifications. First, let’s talk about what they have in common. Both the phones have quad rear cameras and a hole punch on their FHD+ displays. The smartphones offer up to 8GB RAM options and they are the first from Realme to pass TUV Rheinland Smartphone Reliability Verification, which means it has crossed several tests to confirm its comfortable viewing experience.

Also, they both run Realme UI based on Android 10. Both the phones have 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS, and a USB Type-C port as their connectivity options.

Realme 7

The Realme 7 can be considered as the watered-down version of the Realme 7 Pro. It features a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with a 20:9 aspect ratio, 90.5 screens to body ratio, and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The smartphone comes powered by the latest MediaTek Helio G95 SoC and is coupled with up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM. It has a 64MP Sony IMX682 primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens, MP ultra-wide-angle shooter, a 2MP monochrome sensor with an f/2.4 lens, and a 2MP sensor with an f/2.4 macro lens. It packs a 16MP selfie camera housed inside a hole punch. It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and 5,000mAh battery life that supports 30W Dart Charge fast charging

Realme 7 Pro

The Realme 7 Pro has a 6.4-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 90.8 percent screen-to-body ratio. The display also comes with a 180Hz touch sampling rate. It is powered by a Snapdragon 720G processor coupled with Adreno 618 GPU and up to 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM. It packs a 64MP primary sensor with an f/1.8 lens. Other sensors include an 8MP ultra-wide lens, 2MP monochrome, and a 2MP sensor. On the front, the phone has a 32MP camera with an 85-degrees field of view. It comes with 128GB UFS 2.1 onboard storage that can be expanded further via microSD card.

The Realme 7 Pro packs a 4,500mAh battery capacity with 65W SuperDart Charge fast charging technology.

It comes in Mirror Blue and Mirror White color options.

Realme 7 –

  • 6GB+64GB – Rs. 14,999
  • 8GB+128GB – Rs. 16,999

It comes in Mist Blue and Mist White color options.

The first sale of Realme 7 Pro will take place on September 14 at 12 pm IST. Realme 7 will go on sale for the first time on September 10 at 12 pm IST. Both will be available via Flipkart and Realme.com. The offline retailing will follow later.
