OnePlus launches two flagship lineup every year that comes in the form of an iteration of series from last year and one series consisting of the phones with slightly upgraded specifications with a “T” suffix in their names. This all started in 2016 when OnePlus 3T was launched and later the company also started launching a Pro variant as well. But this year, OnePlus might not have planned to launch OnePlus 8T Pro.
The tipster Max J. posted an image in a Twitter post that reflects there is not going to be an OnePlus 8T Pro as we speculated before. The tipster used a circle-backslash symbol on the codename of the phone to indicate that OnePlus is not launching the OnePlus 8T Pro.
Previous reports have stated that the codename of the OnePlus 8T is kebab so the tipster just used “kebab2” as a reference to the OnePlus 8T Pro variant to convey the message.
It is unknown why OnePlus is not bringing a Pro version to the OnePlus 8T, but it appears it could be because the company has already released a phone between these two flagship lineup called the OnePlus Nord.
Talking about the OnePlus 8T, the phone has been leaked a few times and a couple of them have thrown enough light on the specifications. So, referring to them we give a quick review to you.
