Samsung is one of the biggest names in the smartphone camera sensor space. Its ISOCELL lineup of sensors is seen in various phones across different price points and now, it has been refreshed with the addition of new members. Samsung has announced the release of new 108MP, 64MP, 48MP, and 32MP ISOCELL camera sensors.
The official names for these sensors are 108 MP ISOCELL HM2, 64MP ISOCELL GW3, 48MP ISOCELL GM5, and 32MP ISOCELL JD1. All of these have been developed using Samsung's 0.7μm ISOCELL technology. It means these sensors are compact in size and would result in a smaller camera bump on phones. The first three camera sensors are meant for the rear camera module and the last one is for selfie camera modules.
Here are the key features of each of these sensors:

As for the availability, there is likely to be some waiting time before we can start seeing smartphones featuring these cameras. The ISOCELL HM2, GW3, and JD1 are the sensors that have already undergone a mass production stage. The GM5 sensor is currently in the sampling stage with no words on when it will be mass-produced.
