30 September 2020 0

Google is holding its “Launch Night In” event today, i.e. on September 30, where new Pixel phones - Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G are going to be the main attraction, followed by the rumored Chromecast and a smart speaker. Google confirmed its event around two weeks back, though it didn’t confirm what new hardware it is going to bring. Now, the description of the live stream video of the launch event clearly mentions “new Chromecast, latest smart speaker, and new Pixel phones.”

The Pixel event will be live-streamed to the public at 11 am PT/ 1 pm CST/ 11:30 pm IST. And, you can watch the event from the video embedded below.

Talking about the details of the incoming products, so many rumors have been a great help and Google had also dropped many hints at the incoming Pixel 5 and Pixel 4a 5G so far.

The Google Pixel 5 is tipped to feature a hole-punch display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 4,000mAh battery. The Chromecast has been leaked in its glory as well, with the recent leak even revealing every bit about it. The leak revealed the device is a 4K capable streaming dongle with support for HDR10+, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, and DTS:X. The device is rumored to be called Chromecast with Google TV. Coming to the Pixel 4a 5G, the device is, of course, a 5G-supported device and that’s why it is powered by a 765G processor. It is going to pack a 3.5mm headphone jack, FHD+ OLE D display, 12.2MP+ 16MP dual cameras.

Let’s just come back here to know more about all of these devices officially.
