iQOO, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer has launched a new phone called the U1x. The phone is already available for purchase in China at affordable price points.
The iQOO U1x comes in three memory variants – the base variant has 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, the second comes in a 6GB+64GB storage version, and the third has the maximum storage of 128GB and the same 6GB RAM.
The U1x by iQOO features a 6.51-inch HD+ IPS LCD panel with a resolution of 1,600x720 pixels resolution and a screen-to-body ratio of 89%. The display has a waterdrop-style notch which houses 8MP snapper for selfies.
On the back, a rectangular-shaped module houses three cameras alongside the LED flash. The cameras configuration includes a 13MP primary snapper with f/2.2 aperture, 2MP secondary camera with f/2.4 aperture, followed by a 2MP camera with f/2.4 aperture.
The iQOO U1x is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 662 processor paired with up to 6GB RAM and 64GB UFS 2.1 storage. The phone houses a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast-charging over a microUSB charging point. The iQOO U1x runs iQOO UI skin based on Android 10 OS. It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for unlocking purposes and it also has a 3.5m headphone jack.
