Realme has officially unveiled Realme 7 5G as one of the affordable mid-range 5G smartphones in the United Kingdom. It is packed with modern-age features and specifications while being easier on the pocket. One of the best things about the phone is that it offers Dual SIM Dual Standby (DSDS) with 5G connectivity on both SIM cards.
The Realme 7 5G sports a 6.5-inch Full HD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a punch-hole in the top left corner. It boasts 90.5% screen-to-body ratio and 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, it has the MediaTek Dimensity 800U processor that will also bring 5G network support. The phone is available in a single configuration of 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage.
In the camera department, the phone has a quad-camera setup on the back panel. It includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor with 119-degree FoV, a 2-megapixel macro sensor, and a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The front camera on the phone is a 16-megapixel sensor with features like the Bokeh effect, Super Nightscape, HDR, and AI Beauty.
The whole package is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 30W Dart Charge fast charging. Realme claims it will take only 65 minutes to charge the phone from 0 to 100%. It will run Realme UI based on Android 10 out of the box. Other important features include a USB Type-C port, Bluetooth 5.1, and an in-display fingerprint scanner.
The Realme 7 5G has been priced at £279 for the sole 6GB/128GB variant. However, there is a special promotion going on where it will cost only £229 until November 30th. It has been released in a single color option called Baltic Blue.
