Motorola is reportedly gearing up to launch new mid-range phones in India and according to our trusted sources, there are two phones that will come to the country early next month. One is going to support 5G and the other has a big battery capacity. Sources haven’t shared any further details but it is not hard to guess the names of the two phones in speculation.
The name of the first phone in question could be the Moto G 5G since it is a mid-range 5G phone. The second phone could be the Moto G9 Power with a 6,000mAh battery. Note that both the phones first launched in Europe earlier this month and at the time Motorola had confirmed it will bring the Moto G9 Power in India as well. This concludes, we are going in the right direction and could see these phones coming to the Indian market as soon as next month.
Both the phones feature a triple camera setup, though the configuration is slightly different. The arrangement of rear cameras is also the same. On the front, the Moto G 5G has a punch-hole on the top center of the display, while the Moto G9 Power houses it in the top left corner. There are some other differences as well but let’s just discuss them at the time of their official launch.
Taking a quick recap of their specifications, the Moto G 5G features a 6.7-inch IPC LCD Full HD+ display and is powered by Snapdragon 750G 5G processor and coupled with 4GB/6GB RAM with 64GB/28GB storage options. It has a triple camera sensors setup, where the primary sensor is 48MP. It has a 16MP selfie camera and packs a 5,000mAH battery with 20W fast-charging support.
The other phone is Moto G9 Power that has a massive 6,000mAh battery. It is cheaper than the Moto G 5G phone. It is powered by Snapdragon 662 processor and coupled with 4GB RAM. It comes in single 128GB storage options but can be expanded up to 512GB with the help of microSD cards. It comes with a 64MP triple camera setup and has a 16MP sensor on the front.
