New OnePlus 9E may just fit in between the alleged OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro

OnePlus did a new thing this year by introducing a new Nord-series so as to launch some mid-range phones under this umbrella in the future. Other than this, this year the company continued the traditional approach that includes launching iteration to the previous series. But the company appears to have more ambitious plans for next year.

According to Max Jambor, one of the top tipsters in the tech industry, the OnePlus has one more phone to slide in between the alleged OnePlus 9 and the OnePlus 9 Pro models. The tipster claims this new phone, which is dubbed OnePlus 9E may just fill in the gap between the two models that OnePlus will launch next year.

As tipster points out as well, OnePlus appears to be following Samsung’s approach by offering a device at every possible price range.

It appears OnePlus 9E will be a mix of the alleged OnePlus 9 and OnePlus 9 Pro phones and launch at a price point, which many would like to settle with. It may inherit some high-end specifications of the two but also get a couple of exclusivities from the biggest sibling in the series.

There are no other details to follow right now, but referring to the track record of the tipster, we can expect to get more insights on the same soon.

Some renders of the alleged OnePlus 9 Pro surfaced a few days back that showed the company will introduce a new design once again. However, later, the OnePlus CEO posted a cryptic tweet indicating the design we all are referring to is not finalized. These renders showed the company has chosen OnePlus 8T-like camera bump and Nord N-series.
