Samsung has the most number of foldable devices available in the market and this count will only go up next year. One of the upcoming devices is the Galaxy Z Flip 3. It will be a successor to the currently available Galaxy Z Flip 5G but if the latest report is to be believed, it will not be a proper flagship device.
As per GalaxyClub publication, the folks have stumbled upon a Samsung Galaxy device with model number SM-F720F. It is expected to the number for the upcoming Galaxy Z Flip 3. The "F" in the end represents that this particular model will be headed to the global markets including Europe. Since it does not have a "B" at the end, it will be the variant restricted to the 4G LTE connectivity.
It should be noted that it does not mean that there will not be a Galaxy Z Flip 3 5G variant. There is a possibility that we might see it as 5G is currently the buzzword in the town. However, Samsung could also decide to not launch the 4G LTE variant which will allow it to price the new foldable relatively affordable.
There are speculations that Galaxy Z Flip 3 will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor. It is a predecessor to the current-gen Snapdragon 888 processor which might be another decision to keep the pricing low. It seems like Samsung wants it to cost less than $1,000 which is the minimum pricing for most foldable phones out there.
