Motorola is said to be prepping to launch the successor of its mid-range phone Moto G Stylus. Till now, we have seen a couple of leaks on the Moto G Stylus 2021 and now one more leak is spewing out some major details.
The famous tipster Steve Hemmestoffer (@OnLeaks) in association with Voice has shared the first-ever look of the Moto G Stylus 2021. As evident from the render provided, the punch-hole camera retains its position on the display and that is the top left corner. On the back, the successor has the quad-camera setup, all arranged in 2x2 matrix form in a square module. The LED flash is also sharing the same room and sitting below the camera arrangement. Also, the fingerprint scanner in a circular is mounted on the back.
The tipster also confirms the Moto G Stylus 2021 has a flat display and it is a big phone, even bigger than the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. The display measures 6.8-inch and the overall dimensions are 169.6x73.7x8.3mm.
The tipster also mentions that his sources corroborate the specifications that were previously revealed by Evan Blass. These include 48MP primary camera followed by an 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP depth lens. He claims the fourth sensor is 5MP rather than the 2MP as previously mentioned by Evan. OnLeaks mentions that his source does agree that there will be a 16MP selfie camera, “but disagrees about the position of the fingerprint sensor.” The source corroborates the other specifications that were leaked earlier.
Needless to say, the Moto G Stylus 2021 includes a stylus as well which slips in its holder located on the bottom of the phone, and near to it is the 3.5mm headphone.
The original Moto G Stylus was launched in February 2020, so we believe its successor will launch somewhere during the same timeframe this year.
