HTC appears to be planning to launch a new phone in the market this year. This looks apparent from a set of real-life images spotted on the leaks aggregating site Slashleaks.
The images show the front and back panel of the alleged HTC phone. One of the images shows the About page of the phone that further reveals the phone runs Android 10 and offers dual SIM support.
The screen also shows the device carries the model number 2AQAG100. The images do not explicitly reveal the name of the phone, but the contributor of these images to the Slashleaks believes it to be HTC Desire 21 Pro 5G. If this is the case, then it will be a second 5G-ready smartphone from the company.
Coming to the design section of the alleged phone, it features a punch-hole on the top-center of the display. On the back, the device features a textured carbon fiber-like finish in a light green colorway.
A rectangular module on the top left corner is carrying three sensors and a dual-LED flash. One of the close-up shots of the phone shows there is a 48MP primary sensor.
HTC unveiled the Desire 20 Pro phone back in June 2020. It is unlikely that its successor will come during the same timeframe this year. We believe HTC will launch it pretty soon. Let’s see when we can see that.
