Vivo has added a new member to its growing Y-series in India. The new phone called the Y20G is an affordable Android phone powered by MediaTek’s Helio G80 processor.
The Vivo Y20G features a triple camera setup on the back and has a teardrop style notch on the display. The configuration of the three back cameras includes a 13MP primary sensor with an f/2.2 lens, a 2MP portrait sensor with an f/2.4 lens, and a 2MP macro shooter. On the front, the teardrop style notch at the top center is the house to an 8MP camera with an f/1.8 lens.
The Vivo Y20G is a dual SIM smartphone that runs Android 11 with Funtouch OS 11 on the top. It features a 6.51-inch HD+ IPS display with 720x1600 pixels resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The MediaTek G80 processor is coupled with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. It packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/A-GPS, FM radio, and a micro-USB port. It includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor as well.

The price of the Vivo Y20G for the lone 6GB+128GB storage variant is Rs. 14,990 (~$204). It comes in Obsidian Black and Purist Blue color options and will be available for purchase starting today through Amazon, Flipkart, Vivo India e-Store, Paytm, Tata Cliq, and across all major offline retail stores in the country.
