Poco India has launched a new budget mid-range smartphone named Poco M3. The main highlights of the phone include a triple camera setup and a huge battery for long-lasting battery life. It is a successor to the Poco M2 that was unveiled late last year and proved to be quite popular in its price segment. The global launch of the phone happened in the month of September.

The Poco M3 sports a 6.53-inch Full HD+ (2340 x 1080 pixels) display with a dewdrop notch. Under the hood, it has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor coupled with 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM. The phone is available in two storage options: 64GB and 128GB with UFS 2.2 storage standard. Both the variants also support microSD card expansion if more space is needed.

The triple camera setup on the back includes a 48-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.79 aperture, a 2-megapixel macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture. The front camera on the phone is an 8-megapixel sensor with f/2.04 aperture which is housed within the notch. The whole package is powered by a 6,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. The good thing is that the phone ships with a fast charger and users will not have to purchase it separately.

It will be running MIUI 12 for Poco custom skin based on Android 10 out of the box. Other noteworthy features include a USB Type-C port, stereo speakers, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The Poco M3 has been priced at INR 11,999 for the 6GB/128GB model and at INR 10,999 for the 6GB/64GB model. There is also a limited-time offer under which it can be purchased for a flat INR 1,000 off. It will be sold exclusively via Flipkart with sales beginning February 9th.
