Moto G10 and Moto G30 mid-range phones now official | UPD: Indian pricing

The price of the Moto G30 which comes only in one variant – 4GB/64GB is Rs. 10,999. It will go on sale on March 17 at 12 PM IST through Flipkart. The price of the Moto G10 is Rs. 9,999 for the 4GB/64GB model. The Moto G10 will be available on March 16 at 12 PM IST from Flipkart.

Motorola Mobility that is owned by Lenovo has launched two new mid-range phones – Moto G10 and Moto 30. These two phones have been launched in select European countries first and will be available for purchase soon as well.

Both the phones run Android 11 out-of-the-box and have HD+ Max Vision display. They both feature a 5,000mAh battery. Both the phones have quad cameras on the back but the setup differs in terms of configuration. Both the Moto G10 and G30 have plastic bodies with a water-repellent design, thanks to the IP52 rating. Overall, the two phones Moto G10 and Moto G30 differ in terms of processor, cameras, fast-charge support, and a couple of additional features.

Moto G30

The Moto G30 is the higher-specced and priced of the two phones that Motorola has announced today. It features a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD MaxVision display with 1600x720 pixels resolution with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The HD+ display also supports a 90Hz refresh rate. It is powered by Snapdragon 662 processor and coupled with 4GB/6GB RAM options. It offers 128GB storage, which can be expanded further using a microSD card. The Moto G30 comes in both single SIM and dual SIM options with the latter featuring a hybrid SIM tray.

Moto G30 carries a 64MP main sensor that outputs a 16MP image, thanks to pixel-binning tech. It is capable of recording 1080p videos at 60fps. The primary sensor is accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide and two 2MP cameras for depth sensing and macro shots. On the front, the phone carries a 13MP camera.

Moto G10

Moto G10 gets the same 6.5-inch IPS LCD display but does not feature a higher refresh rate. It is powered by Snapdragon 460 processor. It also gets the same RAM to storage combination as G30. It carries a 48MP primary sensor on the back followed by an 8MP ultrawide, two 2MP cameras for macro and depth sensing. On the front, the Moto G10 gets an 8MP sensor.

Price and availability

Moto G30 will be available in Europe starting this month for 179.99 EUR for the 4GB/128GB model. It comes in black and white color options. The higher 6GB/128GB model costs 189.99.

The Moto G10 base model (4GB/64GB) is priced at EUR 149.99 in Germany and is expected to cost around the same elsewhere in Europe. The phone will be available for sale later this month.
