PUBG: New State is the newest PUBG mobile game set in the future

25 February 2021 0

PUBG: New State is the newest battle royal game in the PUBG universe for Android and iOS users. The game has been developed by Krafton and PUBG Studio, creators of the original Player Unknown's Battleground (PUBG) available for PCs and consoles. It is essentially the much-rumored PUBG Mobile 2.0 that fans were waiting for for a long time.

The core theme of the game will remain the same which is to see 100 players battle each other for the coveted Winner Winner Chicken Dinner. The major difference is that PUBG: New State is set in 2051 and its events take place many years after the currently available PUBG Mobile title. This is the reason players will have access to a lot of futuristic weapons, vehicles, and other utilities that will enhance the gameplay experience.

PUBG Studio is further touting high-quality and immersive graphics that will push the boundaries of current mobile gaming standards. It is claiming "most realistic graphics available for mobile gaming" in the game. Since the game is set in the future and will have special weapons and everything, there will also be a new 8x8 map called Troi.

PUBG: New State is currently available for pre-registration for Android devices through the Google Play Store. The team says that iOS pre-registrations will also go live soon enough. An exact release date is currently unknown but it is confirmed to become available within this year. In an attempt to attract the highest possible registrations, PUBG Studio is giving away a limited-edition permanent vehicle skin to all those who will pre-register for the game.
