Gradually, we are seeing more information on the alleged Google Pixel foldable phone. Its development was first spotted back in August 2020 and fast forward to today, new reports and tips are adding more to the story.

The famous tipster Jon Prosser has shared on Twitter that Google Pixel “fold” is a real thing. Upon asked by a follower that when we can expect it to come, the tipster replied either later this year or year next year.

Later, Ross Young, Founder and Lead Analyst at DisplaySearch also backed the tipster's tweet by quoting his own past tweet where he had stated that Google's foldable phone will launch in Q4 2021. In the tweet, he posted that the second half of 2021 is going to be really exciting for foldable smartphones. Among others, there is going to be a contribution from Google as well.

With more and more reliable tipsters backing the development, the story gets more strengthened than ever. All such leaks and tips make us curious to know more about Google’s first-ever foldable phone. This is because some of its rivals like Samsung, Huawei, and even Motorola have launched their foldable phones already. We are eager to know what Google has planned for its first foldable phone.

Not many details are available for now, but a recent report from a Korean media outlet stated that Samsung is supplying an in-foldable OLED display panel for Google’s first Pixel foldable phone. This is the only information we have right now. But we expect to hear more about the same in the coming days as more and more top factfinders are after this story now. So, stay tuned.
