Now that the launch date of the OnePlus 9 series is confirmed, more details are ready to follow along. Well, the new update doesn’t really come after the announcement but it is good to note that the source of it is authentic.
While answering to curious questions of community users on the forum, OnePlus Founder and CEO, Pete Lau confirmed that the charger will come inside the box, unlike its competitors that have stopped bundling their respective chargers in the retail box. He commented, “don’t worry about it. We have the charger inside the box.”
This is great news for users who have long been wanting to know if OnePlus is also joining the trend of ditching the charger in the box.
This could be pretty decisive for the users who have been planning to buy an OnePlus phone over others. OnePlus has just confirmed that it is partnering with Hasselblad, a Swedish company to do its best in mobile photography. So, the followers expect more from the brand now but a price tag, which is buyable.
While confirming the launch date, OnePlus didn’t reveal the names of the devices launching under this series but experts speculate them to be the OnePlus 9, OnePlus 9 Pro, and the OnePlus 9R.
OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro are expected to share a lot many things in common. They may feature a full AMOLED display, 120Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 888 SoC, UFS 3.1 storage, and 65W fast-charging.
The OnePlus 9R is believed to be the cheapest of the trio and pack the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 processor. It is, however, also rumored that the device will be powered by Snapdragon 690 processor, instead. Well, the time will tell, or if something substantial comes in our way before March 23 launch.
