Update: March 15, 2021

Samsung's "Galaxy Awesome Unpacked" event is just around the corner where it is expected to unveil new Galaxy A-series phones. Past rumors have revealed a lot about these phones already, but now we are getting more juicy details, thanks to the famous tipster Evan Blass (via Voice.com). The tipster has leaked some promotional stuff of the Galaxy A32, Galaxy A52, and Galaxy A72. The leaked marketing material shows off the posters of the phones with their specifications and features. The posters reveal the Galaxy A52 and the Galaxy A72 are going to have 5 cameras in total (four on the back and one on the front).

Original Post (March 10, 2021)

Samsung has one more Unpacked event to hold this year and as per its invitation, it is happening just next week i.e. on March 17. Titled “Galaxy Awesome Unpacked,” the event is hardly able to reflect anything.

The only detail that Samsung has shared while announcing the event is that Samsung Electronics is “bringing Awesome to everyone.” With such a generic description, we are unable to tell what the South Korean multinational electronics company has planned for us.

However, it seems Samsung might unveil the new Galaxy A-series at the event. The use of the “Awesome” term in the title hints at the new Galaxy A-series because Samsung had previously promoted its last year's Galaxy A-series models with “awesome”- themed promotional video. So, it is safe to assume that we might see the long-rumored Galaxy A52 and Galaxy A72 getting finally unveiled. However, a special event for mid-range phones is so not Samsung. But we are curious to know what the event has in store for all of us.

Anyway, both the speculated devices will have 5G support. They may feature FHD+ Super AMOLED displays. While the Samsung Galaxy A72 5G will get the Snapdragon 720G processor, the Galaxy A52 5G will carry the Snapdragon 750 SoC. Both the phones are expected to carry quad rear cameras and have 25W fast-charging support.

Let’s see if the past leaks and rumors turn out to be true.

Samsung has even shared the YouTube streaming link that will go live on the day at 10 am ET.
