Motorola has a new budget 5G smartphone named Moto G50 available for you. It has been announced alongside the Moto G100 but is aimed at users on a limited budget. It has a high refresh rate display that puts it in line with many other smartphones within the same price point.
The Moto G50 sports a 6.5-inch HD+ (1600 x 720 pixels) IPS display with a dew-drop notch. Under the hood, it has the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM. The phone is available with 64GB and 128GB onboard storage options with support for microSD card expansion.
The phone has a triple camera setup featuring a 48-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.7 aperture, a 5-megapixel macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.2 aperture. The front camera on the phone has a 13-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture. The whole package is powered by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging. And, it will boot the newest Android 11 out of the box.
Motorola has priced the Moto G50 5G at EUR 250 for the base 4GB/64GB model. The pricing for the 4GB/128GB variant is unknown at the moment. It is also worth noting that the actual price is likely to vary depending on what European country you are purchasing it from.
